Skin renewal helped me become who I am today… From the moment I walked through the doors of Skin renewal the staff greeted me with big eyes and a warm welcome, I was a bit nervous to begin with, but this was quickly set aside with the professionalism from the reception staff, thank you Michelle and Adri! My initial assessment was carried out by Dr Trent and a treatment plan was created in quick succession, the Dr knew what I wanted and explained in detail to a level I could understand. Dr Trent also removed a mole from from my back with no hesitation whilst many Dr's throughout my life just talked about about removing it... Over a 4 month period I received multiple treatments from Bianca (one of the Therapists) who quickly gained my trust from the beginning with her friendly attitude towards life. With Bianca's organised and dynamic approach towards my treatment plan she was able to make my treatments as painless as possible, this showed her experience in skincare. Bianca answered all my curious questions with sensible answers in a way I could understand, and seeked the answer if she didn't know. I see Bianca as a valued member of the Team. I would like to see more plants inside the building to maximise the warm welcome the staff bring to Skin renewal would my only criticism. I am absolutely blown away by the skin journey I have recently been on. My facial pigmentation has been a real struggle over the years having had much hormonal imbalance and sun damage. I have had an incredible journey at Skin Renewal and visibility has drastically changed! I no longer have the dark spots and blotchy patches. There is a wonderfully even tone that I never thought possible! I cannot recommend Dr Trent Harris highly enough and to top my whole experience off - Sharon (Branch leader) and Beverly (Therapist) have been such great sources of knowledge and comfort throughout. Hoping to see further improvement the way I have thus far. A truly great team and a wonderful experience overall!

As a client who has been coming here for years, a review of Skin Renewal is long overdue! I've been with them from the time they were in Windermere to where they are now in Florida Road. From the receptionists to the nurses, you are always greeted with warm, genuine smiles. They are all extremely accommodation, very patient and highly professional. As an ozone therapy patient, Nurse Mercedes is highly knowledgeable and passionate about ozone. All the friendly staff go out of their way to give you royal treatment, to the point where I even referred my parents to them. If I could give Skin Renewal 6 out of 5 stars, I would!

Great service before and during the PRP hair treatment. The staff are really helpful in accommodating me on the dates and times that would work for me as I come from abroad. Once the staff also gave me an earlier appointment so I could catch my flight back. The doctor and therapists are very friendly and professional. Although the treatment is painful they do their best to minimise it by providing breaks and massaging the numbing solution effectively. Been for the treatment 4 times and have no complaints. Thanks Dr Nadira, Neo, Bianca and the rest of the Skin Renewal Waterfall team, the results just show how great a job you have done.

I started my skin treatment journey in April this year. The Dr was so friendly and explained what was happening to my skin and recommended treatment. 6 months down the line, I am so happy with my skin. Surita is a friendly human being. She has so much patience and makes the experience so pleasant even for the painful treatments!!!
