Today I had my first session of carboxytherapy and laser genesis for stretch marks, and I must say I am so so happy and pleased with this skin clinic and I will definitely be coming back. My therapist who did the treatment on me (Kovanna Naidu) was absolutely wonderful and made me feel extremely comfortable. Carboxytherapy is a little painful, but the pain was manageable and it subsides the very minute you are done and the laser genesis is basically pain free. Even my initial consultation with Dr. Michelle Blom was a pleasant experience, she is really nice and warm and makes you feel at ease. Overall just a really good experience.

My therapist talked me through the procedures as I had not had some of them before and she was very knowledgable. She also made the experience comforting and relaxing by giving me a hand massage while I waited for the PDT to finish. She cares about her patients and always asks how my personal life is. Esther has very good hands! Too little time though. I was made to feel comfortable at all times and my overall experience was very good. Next time I will have something more specialised. The only comment was that I found the room too warm - especially for menopausal conditions. Will definitily recommend Esther and the clinic.
