When I approached Skin Renewal my skin was at it's worst looking, because I generally have good skin. The staff was so friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions. I see such an amazing improvement on my skin and my therapists always inform me on what she is going to do. The staff at Skin Renewal have been excellent. They are very accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. My therapist is amazing She has explained my treatments to me very well and has a great knowledge of the treatment. She has also helped me set expectations regarding the results. Liezel is always professional and cordial. Have known her level of expertise for years now. She is "firm"and "gentle" and explains the process. The atmosphere at the clinic/salon is relaxed and friendly as well with happy smiley faces,. I am anxious to see the end results after I have completed my 6-8 treatments. Crossing fingers that it has been money well spent.
