I was so nervous to have any procedure done but Kayleigh was so calming, friendly and reassuring. She also answered all my questions and helped address any concerns I may have had. I felt completely at ease and so comfortable in her capable hands. Dr Merle was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind and gave me a treatment plan that is definitely working. Riekardt is a skin wizard! My partner and I both had an appointment with him - he changed our skin routine forever. At the end of my appointment he said that it was the end of my suffering - I thought it sounded a bit dramatically optimistic but he was right! He’s so knowledgeable, attentive and caring, his hands are magic, and he genuinely is just so invested in everyone’s skincare journey and told us to update him and send him pictures. He gets the struggle and is a true, passionate skincare expert. We’d recommend him to anyone!
