My experience with Bianca at Skin Renewal Waterfall is phenomenal. She is such a professional and wonderful human being. She always explains the treatments in detail prior to starting my treatments, and even during treatments, she always asks if I am ok. She also tells me what I should and should not do after treatments, and she is always friendly and helpful if I need advice. I am so happy with the difference to my skin, the honesty from the doctor/Bianca when I initially went to them regarding my pigmentation which was so bad actually worked wonders which I don't think we expected. I would definitely recommend this branch. The ladies at the front desk are cheerful and friendly as well.

I've just returned home from having a Pico Laser, an amazing morning. First, I saw Dr Dominique Myburgh, who went over my medical history and checked my skin. She suggested the best program for the removal of my pigmentation. My therapist was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. The treatment was painless, and I had the most incredible neck and shoulder massage. Such an amazing team of people, from reception to preparation to doctor and therapist. I went to Skin Renewal Willowbridge 5 months ago, seeking a holistic approach to helping with my hormonal and stress-induced acne and scarring. After my first consultation with the doctor, I received a detailed treatment plan. After 5 monthly treatments, I am very happy to see positive results as my breakouts have reduced to about 20%, and I see great improvements in my scarring and skin texture.I look forward to further treatments and know my skin will only get better with time. I've been with Skin Renewal for quite some time now. I went to Stellenbosch because it's closest to me. I was amazed with their cleanliness and beautiful offices. The staff is super friendly and professional. I was thoroughly examined by Dr. Rulene and the best way forward was discussed. I first had very light peeling treatment and was put on a radiance cream. Follow-ups were regular, which I loved alot. I had I blood test done for best treatments. I was put on their Prepcream before I started treatment. I had a few needling treatments done by Celeste ,and saw results, the pigmentation became lighter, slow but steady progress. I continued with their Prepcream as it contains melanin suppressants. Then I went over to PICO Laser treatment. I fully trust Skin Renewal, because for them it's not about making money, but to give the best treatment that suits your skin type and problem.ive seen good results, thought, slow. I know that is what is best for my skin. I feel so much better about my skin. There is still a long road to go, but I trust Skin Renewal to do what is best. Skin Renewal,Brooklyn has certainly become one of my favourite places.The 4 week interval between my treatments is a long wait as I cannot wait to see the friendly and well experienced staff and to get my glow on.My therapist,Rochelle is the best person ever.I have become so reliant on her….I was a notice when it came to skincare but I have since learned so much & my skin has improved drastically. I really do enjoy my time there and the FSR is one of my favourite treatments..it worth the eina….love it there and I can’t wait for my next treatment.
