I had such a pleasant experience at Skin Renewal Rosebank this afternoon. I have never been to this location, and I was warmly greeted and then looked after by Teresa, the concierge, who was lovely. Teresa gave me a mini-facial and head massage before my Botox, which was relaxing. I then met Dr Caitlin, who was also lovely and asked lots of questions about my Botox and face, which instilled confidence. She was extremely gentle, and I hardly felt a thing. She used ice on me and also gave me a little pot of Arnica gel as I said I bruise sometimes. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was all extremely calming and relaxing. An excellent experience, and I will be going there again- thank you!
