Lorian is pro-active with my treatments so that they are in line with my specific concerns. She always follows up with me after treatments and will keep on doing so until all discomforts are gone. Between Lorian's resilience and Dr Trent's guidance on treatments and products, my breakouts have completely cleared. This has given me the opportunity to focus on other concerns such as pigmentation and fine lines. The entire team at the West Rand branch is amazing, I always feel so welcome when I walk into the branch. Their knowledge of the treatments and products available are outstanding. It is comforting to know that I am walking this journey with such incredible people by my side. I feel that I have my glow back. My skin has honestly never looked and felt better.
