Nothing but professional, friendly and in general, great service. If I ask questions, they are always answered in depth. I get told if a treatment I want to do, won't work, which makes me feel confident that I am in good hands and not going to get "taken for a ride". Liezel is always professional and cordial. Have known her level of expertise for years now. She is "firm"and "gentle" and explains the process. The atmosphere at the clinic/salon is relaxed and friendly as well with happy smiley faces,. I am anxious to see the end results after I have completed my 6-8 treatments.
